Lazio give Daichi Kamada, Taty Castellanos and Mateo Guendouzi the chance to start their Coppa Italia Round of 16 tie against Mateo Retegui’s Genoa.
It kicks off at the Stadio Olimpico at 20.00 GMT.
This is the opening fixture of the Round of 16 and will be decided on the night, even if it means extra time and penalties.
It could set up a Derby della Capitale in the quarter-finals, as the winners will go on to face either Roma or Cremonese in January.
Lazio are still missing injured Luis Alberto, Alessio Romagnoli, Nicolò Casale and suspended Mattia Zaccagni.
Matias Vecino was left out of the squad due to disciplinary reasons, though the midfielder wrote on Instagram that his “conscience is clear.”
Genoa have Morten Frendrup sitting out a ban, plus Albert Gumdundsson, Kevin Strootman, Caleb Ekuban and Mattia Bani injured.
Mateo Retegui made his comeback from injury at the weekend and is surprisingly risked from the start.
When these clubs met in Serie A back in August, Genoa emerged 1-0 winners at the Stadio Olimpico thanks to an early Retegui header.
