Vedat Muriqi surprisingly starts for Lazio in a Coppa Italia Round of 16 tie against Udinese.

It kicks off at 16.30 UK time.

The Biancocelesti must cope without Francesco Acerbi, Akpa Akpro, Toma Basic, Pedro and Stefan Radu, but Felipe Anderson and Sergej Milinkovic-Savic feature in Lazio’s XI.

Mattia Zaccagni replaces Pedro and Pepe Reina starts in goal after being relegated to the bench in the last seven Serie A matches.

Muriqi, who has been linked with leaving the Stadio Olimpico in January, starts ahead of Immobile.

Udinese’s best scorers Beto and Gerard Deulofeu are on the bench with Ignacio Pussetto and Isaac Success starting up front.

The same fixture played in Serie A in December ended in a 4-4 draw, but Luca Gotti was still in charge of Udinese at that time.

The Friulani sacked the former Chelsea assistant coach one week later, promoting Gabriele Cioffi who has managed seven points in four matches as Udinese head coach.

The winners will face Milan in the quarter-finals.

Line-ups:

Lazio (4-3-3): Reina; Lazzari, Luiz Felipe, Patric, Marusic; Milinkovic-Savic, Leiva, Luis Alberto; Felipe Anderson, Muriqi, Zaccagni.

Udinese (3-5-2): Silvestri; Becao, Perez, Zeegelaar; Soppy, Samardzic, Jajalo, Walace, Udogie; Pussetto, Success.
