The 2024-25 Coppa Italia bracket has been drawn up, so we could see Milan-Roma, Lazio-Inter, Juventus-Fiorentina and Bologna-Atalanta quarter-finals.

The tournament is set up so that the top seeds, the teams who finished in the first eight in the previous Serie A season, don’t start playing until the Round of 16.

All 20 Serie A and 20 Serie B teams are involved, along with four from the Lega Pro.

These are all one-off matches to be decided on the night after 90 minutes or penalties, except for the semi-finals, which are played over home and away legs.

Juventus are the reigning Coppa Italia holders after beating Atalanta in the 2024 Final.

If the biggest teams win their Round of 16 ties, then the quarter-finals should see Inter-Lazio, Juventus-Fiorentina, Bologna Atalanta and Milan-Roma.

Going forward, the semi-finals could have a Rome or Milan Derby.

The competition kicks off with the preliminary rounds from August 4 and the Final is scheduled for the Stadio Olimpico in Rome on May 14, 2025.
