Sofyan Amrabat has struggled to settle with Fiorentina and Tottenham are reportedly interested in signing the midfielder.

The 25-year-old Moroccan emerged as one of the strongest defensive midfielders in Serie A during his time with Hellas Verona, being a tireless worker who was able to manage possession from the first minute to the 90th.

Fiorentina paid €20m for Amrabat back in January 2020, but they have not been impressed with the Moroccan midfielder following his arrival to Florence in the summer of that year.

As reported by Calciomercato.com, Amrabat is out of Vincenzo Italiano’s project at Fiorentina and he could be sold, with Tottenham interested in the midfielder. Conte is a fan of the Moroccan and thinks he’d be the right man to strengthen the Lillywhite’s midfield.

The 25-year-old Amrabat, who is contracted to Fiorentina until 2024, has made 11 Serie A appearances this season, for a total of 214 minutes. In that time, he has picked up three yellow cards, failing to string together some consistent minutes.
