Antonio Conte has asked Chelsea to sign West Ham United defender Angelo Ogbonna, though David Luiz is an alternative.
According to Sky Sport Italia, Conte still wants to bring in another defender and midfielder on transfer deadline day – on top of Fiorentina full-back Marcos Alonso at €27m.
They claim the favourite is Italy international Ogbonna, who worked with Conte at Juventus and is currently in the Premier League with West Ham.
