Antonio Conte has promised Italy fans “maximum commitment” when the country competes at Euro 2016 later this month.

Conte has come under fire from some sections of social media for his 23-man squad, which he finalised on Monday, but the Chelsea boss-elect insists the players he has chosen will do their utmost to fly the flag in France.

“For our part, we feel a sense of responsibility, carrying the colours of our country abroad,” the Coach said at a Press conference on ‘Sponsor Day’ at Coverciano.
