Antonio Conte and his lawyers have reportedly signed his contract with Napoli, confirming his arrival after the last round of talks.

The 54-year-old Italian coach has been in the sights of Partenopei president Aurelio De Laurentiis for the last 10 months now and talks began to truly heat up over the last few weeks, especially after Gian Piero Gasperini’s decision to stay with Atalanta.

Conte has agreed to a three-year contract with Napoli, which doesn’t include a release clause, worth circa €7m net per season plus €1m in add-ons, ready to start a new project in the Campania capital after a year on the sidelines.

De Laurentiis is now hard at work planning the public announcement of the 54-year-old coach, which’ll likely take place at Palazzo Reale, possibly on Wednesday or Thursday this week.
