Napoli coach Antonio Conte has shared a selection of photographs from a recent nighttime tour around his new city, including his visit to the special Diego Maradona mural in the Naples’s Spanish Quarter.

The photos were taken after Napoli’s 3-0 win over Bologna, when the coach had granted his players a day off after their first Serie A victory of the season.

He spoke of his trip around the city at his pre-Parma press conference last week, explaining that he had gone at around 23.30 at night to raise as little attention as possible.

Still, word quickly spread among supporters that the coach was casually strolling through the city. Some keen-eyed fans were able to say a quick hello to the boss.

The Partenopei coach was accompanied by his wife, daughter and brother. They stopped by the Spanish Quarter and the Piazza del Plebiscito, which was at the main spot for Napoli supporters during their Scudetto celebrations at the end of the 2022-23 season.
