Antonio Conte has left Inter and is on the radar for Tottenham Hotspur, Real Madrid and Paris Saint-Germain.

The tactician won the Serie A title with several rounds to spare, but was not prepared to accept big financial cuts, including the sale of top players and a reduction in wages.

He officially terminated his contract by mutual consent yesterday and as part of the agreement – worth €7m – he will not be allowed to sign for another Serie A club this season.

That means Conte will either go abroad or take a year out of the sport.

Sky Sport Italia and Diario AS both maintain Conte is in the running for the Real Madrid role, left vacant by Zinedine Zidane this morning, but he is by no means the favourite.

That would be Raul or Mauricio Pochettino, who both have a bond with the Merengues.

The Telegraph newspaper argue Conte is in talks with Tottenham Hotspur, who are without a manager after sacking Jose Mourinho.

Again, he is not the first choice, as they are also looking at a potential return for Pochettino.

Conte is no stranger to the Premier League, having won the title with Chelsea.

Pochettino’s fate could well be intertwined with Conte, as if the Argentine gets Spurs and Raul heads to Real Madrid, that opens up a spot at Paris Saint-Germain.
