Antonio Conte has become the only coach to have won more games than he has lost against Pep Guardiola after Tottenham’s win over Manchester City.

The Italian tactician snatched a 3-2 win at the Etihad Stadium on Saturday, collecting his third victory in five games against Guardiola. Conte had won the previous two meetings while in charge of Chelsea.

The former Juventus and Inter tactician is the only coach to have won more games than he has lost against the Spaniard, considering those who met Guardiola at least four times.

Conte’s teams scored eight goals and conceded six against Guardiola’s Manchester City.

The former Barcelona coach has a better record against any other opponent he’s faced at least four times in his career.

He won four games and lost twice against Carlo Ancelotti and is unbeaten against Massimiliano Allegri thanks to three victories and as many draws.

Maurizio Sarri only won one game against Guardiola’s five while José Mourinho won seven games, lost 12 and collected six draws.

Guardiola has also won two games from two against Walter Mazzarri and Francesco Guidolin, picked up a victory and a draw against Gian Piero Gasperini and has one win and one defeat in two matches against Claudio Ranieri.
