Antonio Conte paid a visit to Sassuolo today, and has praised the club’s youth policy.
The Italy CT has been visiting several Serie A sides, and today was at the Mapei Stadium to see Sassuolo’s training session and meet with Coach Eusebio Di Francesco.
The club has provided Conte with a player already, with Simone Zaza winning three caps under the former Juve Coach. Teammate Domenico Berardi is also tipped as future Azzurri star, and is currently an Under-21 international.

“I saw a very good set-up at Sassuolo,” Conte told the FIGC’s website after his visit.
“The club is proving that it has real potential for growth.
“They have all the conditions to do well thanks to their decision to focus on young players and Italians, which allows the national team to draw players from the Neroverdi.”
