Sportitalia reports that Antonio Conte’s Napoli are ahead of Roma in the race to sign Juventus talent Federico Chiesa, who has been put on the market by the Old Lady.

Growing reports suggest that Juventus is trying to sell Chiesa this summer. Not only has the winger failed to agree on a new deal, but Thiago Motta doesn’t see the ex-Fiorentina star as a first choice for his starting XI in Turin.

Roma coach Daniele De Rossi is an admirer of Chiesa, but the same is true of Antonio Conte and Sportitalia transfer expert Alfredo Pedullà says on X, formerly Twitter, that Napoli are currently leading the race to sign the Bianconeri’s talent.

According to the Italian transfer expert, Juventus have put Chiesa on the market and will be listening to offers for the 26-year-old this summer.

Il Corriere dello Sport previously reported that Chiesa’s agent, Fali Ramadani, would meet Roma and other interested clubs next week.
