The Italy CT, who will take over at Chelsea after Euro 2016, was today cleared of failing to report a fix while in charge of Siena, something he had always denied.
“Today was the end of a nightmare,” Conte said in a statement.
“Having my name linked to match-fixing caused me suffering. It was an experience I tackled head-on.

“I thank my family, who never doubted me.”
The former Juventus Coach also posted a message on his Facebook, thanking his supporters.
"Four years ago, starting with search of my house at five in the morning, a nightmare period began which at times felt like it would go on forever.
"Those who know me and stood by me know how much the idea that I could be tied to the shame of calcioscommesse hurt me.
"Today finally puts an end to this ugly story. I thank my family, who never for a moment believed the words of those who have made deception their lifestyle.
"As I've always said to those who were called-upon to judge me, I'm a sportsman and I know no other way to achieve success than through sacrifice and total dedication.
"It was a terrible experience, but I faced it head-on. That's shown by the way I decided to participate in the process, without seeking loopholes. That's what I've always done in sport and in life.
"To those who never doubted my loyalty I want to express my gratitude, and assure you that I've come out of this stronger and more motivated."
