Il Mattino: Conte’s clause and transfer budget at Napoli

According to Il Mattino, Antonio Conte has demanded a clause that allows him to leave Napoli at the end of every season while Aurelio De Laurentiis will make €230m available for the summer transfer window.
Napoli are in advanced talks with Antonio Conte to become their new head coach. De Laurentiis said earlier this week that the next ten days would be decisive, but multiple reports claim the Italian tactician already has an agreement in principle over an €8m-a-year deal until 2027.
The latest report from Il Mattino claims Napoli will invest €60m gross in three years in the Italian tactician.
Il Mattino: Conte’s clause and transfer budget at Napoli
Conte has reportedly demanded a clause that will allow him to leave the club at the end of every season, but ADL would prefer to keep the clause in his favour and have the power to activate it each summer.
According to the report, Conte has been promised a €230m transfer budget, which probably includes the €130m Napoli plan to get from Victor Osimhen’s sale.
Conte’s staff will include Christian Stellini, the coach’s brother Gianluca and former Italian striker Elvis Abbruscato who played under Conte at Arezzo.
Conte, a former Juventus and Inter coach, could also help De Laurentiis develop the club’s training facilities, which are far from the highest quality standards in Europe.
