Milan and Genoa have renewed the co-ownership agreement for midfielder-turned-full-back Constant, who spent this season at San Siro.

The Rossoneri agreed to buy out Genoa’s 50 per cent of striker Giacomo Beretta.

Parma have been very active, buying defender Santacroce from Napoli, plus Benalouane and Parolo from Cesena.

The Ducali also renewed their co-ownership status for Paolo Hernan Dellafiore with Siena.

Napoli have sold their 50 per cent of midfielder Daniele Mannini to Siena.

In other news, Inter have renewed Austrian defender Lukas Spendlhofer’s contract until June 2016.
