Congratulations poured in from all over Italy and Europe for Carlo Ancelotti, who made history winning his fourth Champions League between Milan and Real Madrid.
The tactician turns 63 next month and had already lifted the trophy for Milan in 2002-03 and 2006-07, then Real Madrid in 2013-14.
He became the first coach ever to win four editions of the Champions League/European Cup, leaving behind Bob Paisley and Zinedine Zidane on three.
This season he was also the first coach ever to win all five of the European big league titles in Italy, France, England, Germany and Spain.
It’s a habit 🏆
FOURTEEN times they’ve lifted this trophy! Insane! 👏#UCLfinal pic.twitter.com/GwSROB6RS7

Messages of congratulations poured in from Italy boss Roberto Mancini, his former Milan teammate Franco Baresi and even Napoli President Aurelio De Laurentiis.
Evidently there are no hard feelings, considering De Laurentiis sacked Ancelotti as Napoli boss in December 2019.
“Great Carlo, an absolutely deserved Champions League!”
Grande Carlo, una Champions assolutamente meritata! #ADL

Ancelotti is a genius. No way are they the best team in Europe – and yet they are. Incredible.

Disgraceful. I have not seen anything from PhD Max, Agnelli, the Marlboro chain smoker and Super League Juventus. I do not blame them (2 – 14) + 7/9.
Dont you get tired lol
120 minutes league cup final. 120 minutes fa cup final. 95 minutes champ league final. Liverpool scored 0 goals across all three. But they definitely won outside the stadium with the number of fake tickets.
Mr. Champion’s League! Bravo, Carletto! There’s nothing this man can’t do, and to prove that, he will win the WC with Canada.
Rosario, don’t forget 90 minutes against Inter, at Merseyside. A shame Inter never really looked like getting a 2nd or 3rd and that they didn’t do better in the 1st leg.
All this and Euro final’s barbaric chaos is just the result of englishmen being english. No surprise here.
Who cares he coaching Canada not Italy next
if he coaches Canada I will be utterly disgusted… I was born in canada and lied here my whole life but will never root for Canada… where are you people getting this info are are you just BSing?
