Roma rely on Tammy Abraham, Lorenzo Pellegrini and Nicolò Zaniolo, as they need to beat Bodo/Glimt by two clear goals to reach the Conference League semi-finals.
It kicks off at the Stadio Olimpico at 20.00 UK time (19.00 GMT).
The first leg ended 2-1 for the Norwegians, a turnaround victory after an initial Pellegrini opener, with Ulrik Saltnes and Hugo Vetlesen on target.
A bitter rivalry has developed between these clubs, even though they met for the first time in October 2021.
That 6-1 home win for Bodo/Glimt was humiliating for Jose Mourinho, and the 2-2 draw at the Olimpico in the group stage another disappointing result.
They were beaten 2-1 in the knockout round too, so with away goals no longer an issue, they need to win this by one clear goal to force extra time.
That game was followed by an ugly incident in the tunnel, with an altercation between Roma goalkeeping coach Nuno Santos and Bodo/Glimt manager Kjetil Knutsen.
Both men accused each other of being the aggressor, but both are suspended for this second leg.
Unlike the expectations, Zaniolo starts in support of Abraham, with Pellegrini and Henrikh Mkhitaryan in midfield, instead sending Sergio Oliveira to the bench.
Bodo/Glimt were missing their top scorer Ola Solbakken in the first leg, as he was suffering from flu symptoms, but he starts here and scored six goals in 10 Conference League games this season, three of them against Roma.
