Fiorentina are seeking a record seventh consecutive Conference League victory as they host Sivasspor with Luka Jovic, Nico Gonzalez and Sofyan Amrabat.
It kicks off at the Stadio Franchi at 20.00 GMT.
The Viola had a rough start to life in the Conference League, but have been nigh-on unstoppable ever since, stringing together six straight wins that saw them make short work of SC Braga in the play-offs.
Now it is the Round of 16 and their confidence is only growing after beating Milan 2-1 in Serie A at the weekend.
Jovic steps back into the centre-forward role to rest Arthur Cabral, flanked by Nico Gonzalez and Jonathan Ikone.
The only injury absentee is Aleksa Terzic.
Sivasspor have only played one competitive match in the last month, as the Turkish season ground to a halt following the deadly earthquake that killed over 50,000 people between Turkey and Syria.
That game was a 4-3 defeat to Andrea Pirlo’s Fatih Karagumruk at the weekend.
Caner Osmanpasa, Robin Yalcin and centre-forward Mustapha Yatabare are out injured, but there is a familiar face in former Chievo, Torino and Genoa midfielder Isaac Cofie.
Sivasspor topped their Conference League group ahead of CFR Cluj and Slavia Prague.
Fiorentina have won seven of their eight games against Turkish sides in Europe.
