Lazio have to overturn a 2-1 first leg defeat to AZ Alkmaar in the Conference League, as Felipe Anderson, Sergej Milinkovic-Savic and Luca Pellegrini start.
It kicks off at the AFAS Stadion at 20.00 GMT.
The away goals rule has been scrapped, so any win by a one-goal margin here would see Lazio go to extra time.
They had taken the lead in the first leg through Pedro, only to lose their way as the game wore on, and wasted numerous chances to at least equalise.
Ciro Immobile is injured and will also miss Sunday’s Derby della Capitale against Roma, so Felipe Anderson is again the centre-forward, this time supported by Matteo Cancellieri and Mattia Zaccagni.
Vecino is suspended for the derby, so starts in midfield with Sergej Milinkovic-Savic, as Luis Alberto is rested and Elseid Hysaj out of action.
The surprise is the Lazio debut for January signing and lifelong supporter Luca Pellegrini.
AZ Alkmaar are missing Sam Westerveld, Inter-owned Zinho Vanheusden, Sam Beukema, Bruno Martins Indi, Riechedly Bazoer and Dani de Wit.
They have a strong home record, losing only two of their 34 home knockout round ties in Europe.
Meanwhile, Lazio have won just one of their last 11 knockout round away fixtures, losing six.
