Vincenzo Italiano is expected to shuffle his pack for Fiorentina’s Conference League quarter-final second leg against Lech Poznan as La Viola hold a 4-1 advantage heading into the return fixture in Tuscany.

During his pre-match press conference, the 45-year-old confirmed that Sofyan Amrabat, Jonathan Ikone and Josip Brekalo would miss out on the European encounter through injuries.

At the back, Fiorentina are expected to start with Lorenzo Venuti in place of Dodo, Igor alongside Lucas Martinez Quarta at centre-back and Cristiano Biraghi remaining at left back.

Rolando Mandragora is expected to be deployed as Fiorentina’s midfield anchor, supported by Antonin Barak and Gaetano Castrovilli.

Nicolas Gonzalez will likely keep his place on the wing, with Riccardo Saponara expected to be called in to replace the unavailable Ikone.

Luca Jovic could potentially be given an opportunity to lead the line for La Viola on Thursday evening, who would come into the team at the expense of Arthur Cabral, who has scored in both of Fiorentina’s last two matches.

Kick off is at 17.45 UK time.

Fiorentina: (4-3-3): Terracciano; Venuti, Igor, Quarta, Biraghi; Barak, Mandragora, Castrovilli; Gonzalez, Jovic, Saponara.

Lech Poznan (4-2-3-1): Bednarek; Pereira, Milic, Satka, Rebocho; Murawaski, Dagerstal; Skoras, Afonso Sousa, Velde; Ishak.
