Milan are amongst the top seeds, while champions Juventus find themselves in pot three along with Paris Saint-Germain.
There are 32 teams in the draw and they will be split into eight groups of four once the ceremony in Monaco begins at 16.45 BST.
The worst-case scenario for Juventus would be landing Barcelona or Real Madrid, Manchester City and Borussia Dortmund.
Milan can’t be paired with either of the two Spanish giants, yet they could be handed Paris Saint-Germain – just weeks after selling them Zlatan Ibrahimovic and Thiago Silva.
The group games will begin on September 18 and 19, while they will conclude on December 4 and 5.
