Inter target Yaya Toure has been offered as a possible makeweight in the deal, with the English side also willing to offer Samir Nasri, Stevan Jovetic, Aleksandar Kolarov or Edin Dzeko should Juventus be open to including players in the deal.
The newspaper believes, however, that the Italian champions would seek a cash-only deal, with the asking price thought to be in the region of €100m.
The Guardian believes that City are the only club to have gone as far as visiting Turin for the player, although no formal bid has yet been made.
