The three were followed into the pizzeria by the aggressors, but the owner defended the three English fans and succeeded in removing the attackers from his restaurant.
The pizzeria owner was punched and got a broken nose, with one of the visiting fans suffering a dislocated shoulder.
Another two sustained minor cuts and scrapes, with the fourth unharmed.
