“We’ve spoken about a renewal,” the former Roma and Ajax man noted. “But I’m not the only player whom the club are speaking to.
“There are another three of my teammates who are in the same position as I am. We’ll just have to be patient.
“I’m open to negotiating a renewal, but we’ll have to wait and see.”
The Romanian international, 31, has only played in 17 games for Inter so far this term across all competitions.
