Milan Channel added the exclusivity agreement runs until June 15 and there are no financial penalties if either side pulls out.

“Our group of investors has signed an exclusive agreement with Fininvest to begin negotiations for AC Milan,” declared advisor Galatioto in a statement released to La Stampa.
“This is an important step towards the possibility of closing the deal.
“We are optimistic of completing a deal rapidly with Fininvest.”
