Fali Ramadani, the agent of Juventus star Federico Chiesa, has flown to London for in-person talks with Tottenham and Chelsea, reports detail.

The 26-year-old Italian winger, who has just under a year left on his contract with the Old Lady, is not considered part of Thiago Motta’s project moving forward in Turin, making a departure in the coming weeks extremely likely.

Chiesa was linked to both Roma and Napoli, but the former decided to focus on Matias Soule instead and the latter have moved away to other targets, leaving the winger in an awkward spot. Last season, he scored 10 goals and provided three assists across 37 matches.

Chiesa linked to Premier League

Page six of today’s Corriere dello Sport details how Chiesa’s agent Ramadani has flown to London to meet with Tottenham and Chelsea, looking to set up a Premier League move for his client. Both English clubs have been interested in a deal, as has Manchester United.

The 26-year-old will have his first face-to-face with new Juventus coach Thiago Motta in the coming hours, but nothing is expected to change as the new season fast approaches.

  1. How is this not a step backwards for the guy?
He definitely isn’t winning anything at either club. I mean if he is chasing the money they fair enough

  2. Shame on Motta and Seri A club management for undermining the development of Italian talent!

    What a disgrace!
