Federico Chiesa does not have a serious injury after leaving the Italy camp, but he remains in doubt for Juventus to face Napoli on Saturday.

The winger pulled out of international duty with a muscular issue ahead of tonight’s World Cup qualifier against Liechtenstein.

According to Sky Sport Italia, initial tests performed in Turin have now shown no lesions to the femoral bicep in his thigh.

That means it is not a serious injury, but Chiesa is still by no means guaranteed to feature this weekend in the trip to Napoli.

The Bianconeri have quite a few problems going into this Serie A match, because the South American players are not set to arrive until Friday.

Sky Sport Italia report that the plan right now is for Max Allegri to leave them all in Turin to rest ahead of the Champions League opener with Malmo rather than risk any further setbacks.

It means Moise Kean could get his ‘debut’ in the Juventus jersey, returning from his spell at Everton.
