Chiesa shines and Yildiz impresses as Chiellini watches Juventus training

Juventus’ second training session in Los Angeles saw Federico Chiesa and Kenan Yildiz stand out as the squad were visited by Giorgio Chiellini.

The Bianconeri are currently on their pre-season tour in the United States, where they arrived on July 21 and will stay until August 2.

Juventus were scheduled to play Barcelona in a friendly on July 22 but the match was called off due to a bout of illness in the Blaugrana squad. In the meantime, Real Madrid beat Milan 3-2 on the same tour.

The Old Lady will face the Rossoneri on July 27 and Real Madrid on August 2 before returning to Italy, where they’ll carry out their final preparations for the 2023-24 season.

Tuttosport highlights how both Chiesa and Yildiz impressed at Juventus’ afternoon training session at Loyola Marymount University.

The Italian winger, after shaking off a slightly scary challenge, scored a powerful goal in the 10v10 training, leaving Carlo Pinsoglio with no chance.

The 18-year-old Yildiz also did well and scored a good header, sending important signals to coach Massimiliano Allegri.

The Juventus squad and staff were visited by Chiellini, who was all smiles as he chatted to everyone in the Bianconeri environment.
