Chiesa, who scored his first goal for Italy during the last international break, is currently contracted to Fiorentina until June 2022.
However, the Viola are struggling to compete for a top-six place, despite Commisso’s takeover, and the winger was dropped for being in “not good shape physically or mentally” during the 1-0 defeat to Verona.
