Chiellini missed two games in this competition due to a thigh injury but returned to action in the quarter-final clash against Belgium on Friday.
As Opta points out, the solid-rock centre back will become the first footballer to play five matches against the same opponent in the history of the European Championship.
Chiellini has 110 senior caps to his name and has scored eight goals with the Azzurri.
His contract with Juventus expired on June 2021, but he is expected to sign a one-year extension after the Euros.
