Hakim Ziyech is desperate to show his best at the World Cup as he waits for Milan to complete a deal with Chelsea, reports detail.
The 29-year-old Moroccan winger has not had the easiest time of things in West London following his €40m move from Ajax in July 2020. Ziyech has struggled for consistent minutes on the pitch and has failed to replicate the form he found in Amsterdam, making a possible move to Milan an exciting prospect. The Rossoneri explored a move in the summer and could return in January.
As reported by Daniele Longo of Calciomercato.com, Ziyech is extremely motivated to perform his best for Morocco at the World Cup in Qatar, desperate to show his qualities in an attempt to convince Milan to pull the trigger on a deal with Chelsea in January.
The 29-year-old Ziyech, who is contracted to the Blues until 2025, has only played 270 minutes of action across nine appearances in the Premier League, Champions League and EFL Cup this season.
