Daniele Rugani’s agent and Chelsea broker Fali Ramadani are in Milan for tonight’s negotiations with Juventus for a €50m transfer.
Sportitalia and other sources claim Ramadani flew in today and there will be a summit this evening with Juve director of sport Fabio Paratici and Rugani's agent Davide Torchia.
