According to Il Corriere dello Sport, PSG are leading the race to sign Napoli star Victor Osimhen, despite interest from Premier League clubs Chelsea, Arsenal and Manchester United.

PSG have ‘moved into front row’ to sign Napoli striker Osimhen, Il Corriere dello Sport reports.

The newspaper claims the Ligue 1 giants are ‘getting closer’ to the striker’s €130m release clause as they see the Nigeria international as the ideal replacement for Real Madrid-bound Kylian Mbappé.

Osimhen has recently signed a contract extension until 2026, but it includes a €130m clause and Napoli are prepared to part company with the 2022-23 Serie A leading scorer at the end of the season.

Il Corriere dello Sport confirms Chelsea, Arsenal and Manchester United are closely monitoring Osimhen, but PSG are currently leading the race to sign the 25-year-old.
