The Azzurri face Hellas Verona at home on Sunday, while the Old Lady meet Bologna at the Stadio Dall’Ara.

The Bianconeri will also play the Coppa Italia Final against Atalanta on Wednesday.

Andrea Pirlo’s side must win and hope one of their two rivals fail to do the same.

If Napoli and Milan lose and Juventus draw, they will all finish with 76 points sparking a classifica avulsa (a mini-league of their results against each other).

In this case, Milan would go through thanks to their best results against Juventus and Napoli, while the team with the best goal difference between the Azzurri and the Bianconeri will get the last spot.
