21:53 Match report

21:52 FT: Bayern Munich 3-0 Lazio

Lazio are out, 3-1 on aggregate.

21:50 Real Sociedad 1-2 PSG

Merino goal, so 1-4 on agg.

21:49 Pellegrini booked

Lazio losing their temper now, Luca Pellegrini booked for just a bodycheck on Laimer.

21:48 Bayern sub

Gnabry on, Musiala off. Into 4 minutes of stoppages.

21:47 Bayern sub

Laimer on, Sane off

21:47 Cataldi booked

Danilo Cataldi booked for clattering Kane.

21:44 Bayern just comfortable

The worrying thing is how easy Lazio made this for Bayern after the first goal went in. They deflated.

21:38 Romagnoli booked

Bit harsh, booked for jumping into the back of Kane with a raised arm. Wasn’t that high.

21:38 Lazio sub

Kamada on, Luis Alberto off

21:37 Lazio corner cleared

Aaaaand then Pellegrini completely over-hits the cross. Oh dear.

21:35 Bayern subs

Davies and Tel on, Guerreiro and Muller off

21:35 Lazio free kick

But it’s clear and then Gila fouls Kane too.

21:33 Lazio sub

Pedro replaces Felipe Anderson.

21:32 The second Kane goal

21:30 Lazio chance!

Luis Alberto curler from the edge of the area was going in, but Pavlovic deflection takes it wide.

21:29 Muller hits the post!

Almost 4-0! First Muller effort is fingertipped onto the upright by Provedel, then the move continues and Sane curls inches wide.

21:27 Lazio fans react

21:24 Bayern Munich 3-0 Lazio: Harry Kane

After what felt like about 10 minutes of possession, Bayern break through. Provedel managed to parry the Sane curler from just inside the area, but Kane was quickest to react on the rebound.

21:18 Lazio subs

Castellanos, Isaksen and Cataldi on, Immobile, Zaccagni and Vecino off.

21:17 Real Sociedad 0-2 PSG: Kylian Mbappe’

That’s now 4-0 on aggregate.

21:17 Guerreiro chance

Kane runs forward, Muller run creates the space for Guerreiro, whose angled drive is across the face of goal.

21:13 Guendouzi clears

Guendouzi clears the corner and is then fouled by Goretzka.

21:12 Bayern danger

Cross just over the head of Kane, then Musiala curler goes wide! Corner given, didn’t see much of a deflection off Guendouzi.

21:10 Immobile chance

Cross from the right, Immobile on the volley gets the ball and then crashes very heavily into De Ligt. Painful, but not a penalty, De Ligt was just standing there.

21:07 Lazio free kick cleared

All it might take is one goal to get Bayern anxious…

21:03 2nd half kicks off: Bayern Munich 2-0 Lazio (2-1 agg)

20:58 The Muller goal

20:51 Half-Time: Real Sociedad 0-1 PSG

That is now 0-3 on aggregate.

20:48 Half-Time: Bayern Munich 2-0 Lazio

That puts the Germans 2-1 up on aggregate. Really, really regretting that Immobile miss.

20:47 Bayern Munich 2-0 Lazio: Thomas Muller

Corner cleared as far as Matthijs de Ligt, who volleys it back into the six-yard box, but that too is going wide until the Muller header. He is being kept onside by Felipe Anderson.

20:45 Kane goal

20:43 The ref slip

20:41 Guendouzi misplaced pass

Massively overhit… That was a promising move for Lazio.

20:40 Musiala so close!

Almost 2-0 for Bayern Munich! Another well-worked move down the right, Musiala at full stretch can only prod it inches wide of the far post!

20:38 Bayern Munich 1-0 Lazio: Harry Kane

It was accidental really, because Guerreiro was trying to shoot from 12 yards on the header back, it turned into an assist for Kane’s also rather scuffed header and Provedel got a hand to it, but not enough to stop it squirming into the far bottom corner. Really regretting that Immobile miss now…

20:36 IMMOBILE!

NOOOOOOOOOO!!!!! Cross from the left flicked on, Immobile unmarked at the back post and the diving header goes wide!

20:35 Dier chance

Cross from the right by Kimmich, Dier header over the bar. Kane was at the back post.

20:34 Provedel punch

Provedel just about punches a corner kick away in a crowd.

20:33 Whoops!

Promising Muller pass intercepted by…. the referee. Vincic slipped, fell on the ball and as per the rules has to resume with a free kick. He’s awfully apologetic. And maybe a bit sore.

20:32 Bayern free kick

Felipe Anderson foul, but then there’s a Dier foul in attack on the resulting free kick too.

20:28 A good idea

Felipe Anderson back-heel flick, but Immobile slipped.

20:27 Oof

Kimmich took Luis Alberto’s boot clean off with that tackle.

20:26 Lazio counter

Not had one of those for a while, it’s been all Bayern, but Zaccagni prod through for Immobile, who is blocked off.

20:24 Double Bayern chance

Kimmich might’ve been offside, knocked it back, two shots in a row are charged down by Lazio bodies.

20:23 In other news

PSG are leading 1-0 away to Real Sociedad. Kylian Mbappe’ scored, obviously.

20:21 Kane fouls Felipe Anderson

Sarri wants him booked, the referee does give the England striker a talking to.

20:17 Kane deflected

Kane strike from outside the box deflected just wide. And the referee has broken his watch…

20:16 Bayern chance

Pull-back from the by-line after a good passing move, intercepted and cleared, but only just…

20:14 Save on Musiala

That was a real save, corner came to Musiala on the edge of the area for a curler, but Provedel palmed it away.

20:11 Lazio corner cleared

Not very far, Zaccagni tries to dink a pass over the top for Immobile, crucial Dier interception to hook that away.

20:10 Luis Alberto shot

Luis Alberto shot charged down, then Musiala fouls Guendouzi for a free kick.

20:08 De Ligt heads wide

Nowhere near the target on the corner.

20:07 Musiala chance

That’s better, Sane mazy run from his own half, lays it off to Musiala inside the area and Patric makes the decisive block for a corner.

20:07 Again Guendouzi

That Bayern defence is SO bad. Guendouzi again sent towards the area, finds Luis Alberto, the back-heel flick put out for a throw-in by Dier.

20:06 Provedel tested

Well, we say tested. Sane’ sweeps it straight into Provedel’s arms at the near post.

20:05 Guendouzi shot

Guendouzi in a lot of space on the edge of the box, he drills well wide, but that was an opportunity.

20:01 Guendouzi intercepts

Aggressive Bayern start, Guendouzi intercepts to spark a counter, but the pass is over-hit for Immobile.

20:00 We have kick-off!

19:59 Oh dear

Tuchel also staring into space, because he just walked straight past Sarri, who had to call him back for a handshake.

19:58 Just looking at their faces

The Lazio players look like they’re almost smiling. The Bayern players look a bit scared. And Kane just has a blank stare. He hadn’t even noticed the anthem had ended.

As if just being the Italian team wasn’t enough, this could also be a HUGE boost to secure Italy a fifth club in next season’s expanded Champions League format. So even Roma fans ought to be cheering Lazio on tonight.

18:35 Welcome to Munich

Join us for all the build-up and action as it happens from the Champions League Round of 16, as Lazio have a 1-0 first leg lead to defend against Bayern Munich.

It kicks off at the Allianz Arena at 20.00 GMT.

As the away goals rule no longer applies, it means any Bayern win by a one-goal margin would prompt extra time.

The Biancocelesti won the first leg 1-0 thanks to a Ciro Immobile penalty and are hoping to make it to the Champions League quarter-finals for the first time since 2000.

If they do go through, there are also concerns as Taty Castellanos, Pedro and Matteo Guendouzi are one card away from suspension.
