Massimo Cellino insists he will not walk away from Leeds United, despite being barred from ownership by the Football League.
The former Cagliari owner was today disqualified from owning the Yorkshire club, after the Football League received a detailed summary from an Italian court which convicted him of tax evasion.
“It seems like a vendetta,” Cellino said of the decision, as reported by The Times.

“Why? You’d have to ask them [the Football League].
“All I know is that I’m doing everything I can to turn the club around, and I will not walk away. I won’t let the fans down.”
