Former Cagliari and Leeds United patron Massimo Cellino has not changed his ways, because today he fired Brescia coach Pep Clotet for the second time this season and brought in a third different tactician.

The fiery businessman became a legend in Italy for his tendency to go through managers at an alarming rate from 1992 to 2014 and continued the technique when he had a spell in charge of English club Leeds United from 2014 to 2017.

Just a few weeks after that sale was confirmed, Cellino purchased Brescia and confirmed this season that he has not learned from the approach seen throughout his career.

The Serie B campaign started with Pep Clotet at the helm, who had already been in charge there from February to June 2021.

Clotet was sacked on December 21, replaced by Federico Aglietti for two games, then recalled on January 16.

After another three matches, all of them defeats, Brescia fired Clotet again and brought in Davide Possanzini.
