Napoli President Aurelio De Laurentiis insists that Edinson Cavani has no price and that he isn't up for sale.

Cavani scored his fifth hat-trick of the season for club and country against Lazio on Sunday.

He has been linked with Real Madrid and Man City, but De Laurentiis insists the striker is going nowhere.

Speaking to Radio Marte, De Laurentiis said: "He has no price. He is not for sale.

"For the moment, his mission is that of fighting for Napoli's colours.

"I can say that he is worth a lot."

Asked for his reaction to Cesare Prandelli's claims that Napoli are worthy of the Scudetto, De Laurentiis said: "His comments make me happy.

"He is a gentleman. Cesare has transmitted an incredible strength to Italy. He is a real man."
