Lazio sit one point behind Inter and Juventus in Serie A and could surpass their rivals with a win against the Nerazzurri on Sunday.

Cataldi is looking forward to the important match and a direct meeting with their rivals and encouraged his teammates to channel the pressure and make it fruitful.

“It will certainly be an exciting game,” he told Lazio Style Channel. “Beautiful to play and to experience. We are preparing as good as we can.

“The pressure could be a positive thing; it can be dealt with. The important thing is to eliminate the anxiety.”

Cataldi wants to postpone the Scudetto talk until the match against the Nerazzurri has been played.

“Maybe we’ll talk about it after Sunday,” he added. “There’s a lot of satisfaction, it’s nice.

“In my opinion, we have the best midfield in Italy, speaking of the hypothetical starters.”
