Fiorentina midfielder Gaetano Castrovilli has vowed to be ‘more clinical’ going forward and claimed the Viola ‘lost two points’ against Brescia.

The 23-year-old didn’t manage to help Fiorentina return with a triumph against the Rondinelle but has claimed he will help his two teammates, Franck Ribery and Federico Chiesa, create trouble for their opponents.

“Returning to play is a feeling that will come back but there’s an effort to be made,” he told Sky Sport Italia. “We still have to get our legs going.

“I, Chiesa and Ribery will put our opponents in difficulty, but we must be more clinical, today we couldn’t find the target.

“In concrete terms, and I also say this to myself: I had two chances and I should have done better. We lost two points.”

Castrovilli highlighted that Ribery has finally returned and claimed the French winger is doing very well.

“We always challenge each other in training but he always wins.”

The Viola now prepare to face Lazio at the Olimpico on Saturday, arriving in the capital on a run of three consecutive draws.
