Carpi Coach Fabrizio Castori is slightly disappointed he was unable to snatch victory against Milan. “I’m happy anyway.”
The Rossoneri kept 76.9 per cent possession, but Vid Belec only had one genuine save to make, while in the final minute Gianluigi Donnarumma fingertipped away a Marco Crimi strike.
“We put in a great performance and the draw was the right result,” Castori told Mediaset Premium after a 0-0 draw.

“We are pleased, as we confirmed the progress seen over the last few weeks. This point takes us a step closer to safety and now we must maintain the same attitude.
“In all honesty, I expected to catch Milan on the counter. On one such occasion Donnarumma was decisive, on another we got it wrong.
“I thought we could beat Milan, but I am happy anyway. We never let the Rossoneri see our goal and worked together as a real team.”
