Antonio Cassano looks set to leave Sampdoria, but would prefer Sassuolo or Virtus Entella to Udinese.

The 34-year-old is preparing himself for the upcoming season, but he did not join the Blucerchiati for their tournee in Spain. The official reason was that he was suffering from gastrointestinal problems, though sources speculate that this may really be due to his poor relations with president Massimo Ferrero.

According to La Gazzetta dello Sport, there will be a meeting between Fantantonio and Sampdoria officials next week to discuss his prospects.
