Fiorentina won’t take up their option on Carlos Salcedo, as the Guadalajara defender has been loaned out to Eintracht Frankfurt.
The 23-year-old Mexico international arrived last summer on loan with option to buy for €3.5m, but made just 23 competitive appearances for the club.
As the Viola have no intention of keeping Salcedo, he has instead been sent to Germany with Eintracht Frankfurt.

“Yeah! Thanks to Eintracht. I’m so happy to be part of this family, let’s fight together to achieve our goals this season,” he wrote on Twitter.
"We've been watching Carlos for a long time, he made a very good impression on us," added director Fredi Bobic.
"With him we bring a central defender who does not shy away from a two-man fight. A real Mexican fighting spirit."
