Fabio Capello insists the current Juventus “belongs to Max Allegri and plays in a very different way to under Antonio Conte.”
The Bianconeri are on the verge of a sixth consecutive Scudetto, the third in a row for Allegri after Conte put together his hat-trick.
“Is it easier or harder to take over a winning team? It depends on the players you encounter, the mentality of the squad and the club,” Capello told Sky Sport Italia.

“Is it easier or harder to take over a winning team? It depends on the players you encounter, the mentality of the squad and the club,” Capello told Sky Sport Italia.
“When you come in to replace a Coach who won silverware, you must be able to innovate and above all find leaders in the group who can help you to change the routine of the era that just closed.
“You must be either lucky enough or capable enough to find these key players, those who still have that hunger to win.”
Juventus are in the Coppa Italia Final against Lazio and will face Monaco in the Champions League semi-final, a world away from Conte’s 3-5-2 side.
“This Juve belongs to Allegri,” continued Capello. “Conte brought new things, like the desire to win, grit and determination, but this team plays in a very different way to under Conte.”
Capello was also asked about his experiences all over Europe.
“I’d say winning the Scudetto with Roma was the best experience of my career. The most difficult was at Real Madrid, when we were able to recover eight points from Barcelona.”
