Fabio Capello insists Bologna‘s Joshua Zirkzee remains the best striker Milan can sign this summer.
The Rossoneri are looking for a new No.9 after seeing Olivier Giroud join LAFC on a free transfer at the end of his contract.
Zirkzee and Alvaro Morata have all been linked with a move to San Siro, and Capello has a clear idea of who the Rossoneri should get.
“Zirkzee, because he is young and can do everything,” the former Milan coach told Gazzetta.
“It’s strange to see him always on the bench at the Euros.”
Capello admitted that Romelu Lukaku, another Milan target, would do well at San Siro or Napoli. The Partenopei must sell Victor Osimhen before making a formal bid for the Chelsea striker.
