Fabio Capello was unimpressed by Southampton manager Ralph Hasenhüttl’s show of emotion after beating Liverpool.
The coach dropped to his knees and burst into tears at the final whistle of the 1-0 victory against Jurgen Klopp’s reigning Premier League champions.
“I don’t understand this sort of thing,” mused former England manager Capello on Sky Sport Italia.
“He was working, a bit of emotion is fine in these situations, but this was completely over the top.

“Why on earth would you start crying?!”
Hasenhüttl told BBC Sport after the game that he was wiped out by the tense encounter.
“It was an intense game, my voice is nearly gone. The guys are tired, you have to be to win against such a team. The guys believed in what they were doing.
“In the 92nd minute I thought, OK, it can be something for us. It's a perfect evening.”
