Spalletti did not hold back in his assessment of Inter’s performance during their 0-0 draw with Napoli on Sunday, but Candreva made it clear the squad had no issue with what their Coach said.
“Spalletti saying we lack quality? He did it to spur us on: we know we have quality, but we must always show it,” the midfielder told Premium Sport.

“There’s a bit of regret because we drew with a good team, but we had chances to score and didn’t take them.
“Are Milan back in the Champions League race? That’s not important to us. We’re on our own path.
“Reaching the Champions League only depends on what we do, even if we can no longer afford any missteps.”
