“We immediately wanted to put what happened last year behind us, it was a difficult season and we’ve started this season with a different mentality.”
Candreva was also asked about Saturday’s game, which could see the Beneamata stretch their lead over the Old Lady to five points.
“We’ve entered the most beautiful week of the season, it’ll be a tough game and we’ll have to be focused.
“It’ll be a physical game, the components are all there for a great match. We’ve prepared in the best way and we’re ready for this match on Saturday.
“We know what our path is and we know where we want to end up at the end of the season.
“The Scudetto? We have to take it a game at a time, we’re aware of our qualities and the fact we’re a great group.”
