Lazio have announced they have completed a deal to buy out Udinese’s share of Antonio Candreva.
The 27-year-old has been playing for the Biancocelesti since 2012 but his sporting rights remained co-owned by the two clubs.
However, that has now changed with the Rome side confirming that the Italy international is fully their player as of today.
They also claim that they will complete the signing of Dusan Basta, also of Udinese, in the next few days.
“SS Lazio communicates that it has resolved the co-ownership of the player Antonio Candreva in its favour,” a statement on the club’s official website reads.
“The club also communicates that in the next few days it will announce the signing of Dusan Basta.”
The entire deal for the two players is reported to be costing Lazio around €15m, though Candreva has been linked with a move to French champions PSG of late.
