Former Roma full-back Vincent Candela doesn’t “think it’s right” to blame Rudi Garcia for recent poor results.
The Giallorossi’s last three results in all competitions were a 2-2 draw with Bologna, a 6-1 mauling at the hands of Barcelona and a 2-0 home defeat to Atalanta.
“The team is there, Garcia will recover,” Candela told reporters outside a charity event.

“He’s an intelligent person, he knows there’s no time to waste. I don’t think it’s right to change, you have to get to the end of the season and then make a summary.
“The fault doesn’t just lie with him, but with everyone. They need to find harmony, and it’s not true that if you’re not getting results you’ve lost everything.
“The players and the Coach should speak clearly, say what is wrong and be consistent. From the outside it seems like a mental problem, to do with concentration, not a physical one.”
